Syrian authorities have uncovered a mass grave containing thousands of bodies in Aleppo, following a tip-off from a local resident. The police, led by Brigadier General Ahmed Latouf, have secured the site and are awaiting specialized teams to conduct DNA tests for identification. This is one of several mass graves discovered since December 8, after the Assad regime's collapse. The largest grave found is in Al-Qutayfah, containing tens of thousands of bodies. The discovery has intensified demands to uncover the fate of over 100,000 forcibly disappeared individuals in Syria.
